Poor Guy is at work, in a uniform. I'm barely functioning under and next to a fan.

Oh summer, how we forgot just how hot you can be.
It's not even summer yet! It's going to be a hot one, kids.

Speaking of hot weather and the complete opposite..I'm booking my ticket to NY next week. Or the week after; I'll see how my finances are after Christmas Shopping. Boo. Hiss.

Our Grad Show opens tonight.

Exciting? Kind of.

I had my assessment yesterday and it went really well. A little too well.
Meh.

I don't think it will feel complete until tomorrow morning.
I'm glad I'm doing Honours next year because right now I feel really lost and pointless. I wouldn't know what to do if I had to go out into that big, scary world in January and be an adult. No way.

Going to get ready now. Yay.

I wanna get myself out of this bed...

Arrghh.

Today was kind of epic. I went with Dad to his Uncle Sid's funeral, then we went to uni to pick up my prints and then to Botany to have them mounted.
Non. Stop.

I'm kind of in love with my prints. I don't think I measured them properly because 70cm high is actually a lot bigger than I thought it would be. But they look amazing. I just..wow.

Now I just need to finish this sound piece. I have no motivation for it at all.
Ugh.

Monday night I went to the acoustic Benji & Joel Madden show.
Yeah. I love them. I have made peace with the fact that some people will recognise the first note of a Led Zeppelin or The Cure song, and I will forever know every note and beat of every Good Charlotte song.
They hold that special place in my heart =]

It was SO much fun. I just laughed the whole night. It was good fun catching up with Lorren and Amanda, too. I met Amanda's friend Georgie who does photography at COFA so we're going to hang out at each others Grad shows, ha. Small world.

I should go look up native birds to Kurnell. Sigh. I wish Merilyn would come through on her desire to take my sound piece and do it for me!

I was expecting the whole sound editing thing to be a lot more complicated.
Of course, for all I know the sound piece could actually suck. Sigh. It's kind of annoying how I need to go all the way into SCA to let Merilyn listen, but I'd rather do that than put up crappy work.

I feel kind of sick. Like I have a huge knot in my stomach =[
It may have been the yoghurt I ate tonight. I don't think it was all that good. Ew.
